About Me

Spirituality and manifestation have been core components of Carol McClain’s life since her early teens. She gained her wisdom from following spiritual gurus including Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Ester Hicks, Eckhart Tolle, Rhonda Byrne, and Mike Dooley. Throughout her life Carol has successfully manifested many things from the smallest of items to the largest of life changing plans. 

After a challenging marriage of 30 years, Carol filed for divorce. Five years later, Carol and her new love, Thomas, make a major life change from living in the mountains of Georgia to living full time on a 45-foot catamaran sailing the Caribbean islands.  There, she gains first-hand experience of living the difficult, but rewarding lifestyle of cruising.  Carol and her partner, Thomas, are also survivors of a catastrophic accident on the sea where they lost their boat/home, their lifestyle and all their belongings. They were rescued by a USCG helicopter at night in the middle of the ocean.

Carol’s 20-year professional career was in marketing and sales for a large computer company. She retired early to raise her two children and give back to the community.  She continued to use her professional, creative, and organizational skills to produce elaborate figure skating shows, comparable to Disney on Ice but on a small budget. Before sailing, Carol was also an avid golfer for 35 years. 

Carol thrives on creativity and change.  She is sharing her wisdom about life, love, and manifesting through the inspiring adventures of sailing in her first book:
